I cant believe this is still ongoing, it turns out they do have a lady who will take a card payment, but needs to issue new paperwork, I have tried to get them to cancel first invoice, now that I have worked out their system. Its been thirty years since I had to make a bank transfer in a business capacity. The issue with that, is , I think that you have to wait till everything is reset at midnight, as it is ive been faffing about with my accounts trying to get this payment thru. Why they dont send it out and wait for paymentvi dont know, thats how business used to work.
