Mega blockage!

I don't think it can be a CaRT waterway. The Grauniad article says it is 79' deep, so someone has been dredging it regularly. ?

I dunno...might be CRT....it’s not been dredged at the edges by the look of it...

With all these stoppages,who can blame one of our members turning his back on canals,and sticking to lumpy waters. ?

This pleases me.  It shows it can happen to the best of us.  And as usual, there's always someone there, ready to start filming!

 

Don't Ultra-Large-Container-Ships come with a barge-pole?

Once got wedged like that on the Leeds and Liverpool in high winds, got another boat to nudge me back in line.

 

Maybe the following ship could do the same......???
