Norway is now back home after a successful boating season, theatre work now dictates my diary for the rest of the year. We managed to get to 5 festivals, Etruria, Middleport, Braunston, Alvecote and Shardlow, and met some wonderful people along the way. It was great to be able to get her out and about and show her off, and we received some some very welcoming comments, a couple of not so but thats life. She swam beautifully, and handled extremely well, coming 2nd at the winding competition at Alvecote was a highlight, as was placing high in the rankings for best in show at others. Next year we plan to head north and move our boating earlier in the year to avoid any potential drought issues...... for the winter she will be docked, a bit of steelwork finished, and a fresh coat of blacking.
