New in 1972!

No good then, not vintage glare.gif

Oh, I don't know so much. It looks as if it would, when running, attract an audience of men with beards (oh all right, and MtB too) and would thus qualify.

I was in the co-op the other day when the lady at the till said '' You must be off the boats then''. I asked her how she could tell, to which she replied '' the back pack and beard gives it away''. I said yes they're compulsory you know. Are they? she said. Yes even the wife's got one. That cracked her up but the wife wasn't too amused when I related the story later.

Apologies for double post - it is a twin though.

Extra info: H2MR was a cold start water cooled two stroke twin cylinder diesel from the 1950's. Bore 70mm x Stroke 101.6mm (similar to their better known petrol engines) gave 390cc per cylinder, with the twin producing 9hp at 1500 rpm. This model had reduction gearbox with electric start as standard. The extra bulk of the engine (since it looks longer than a twin) is accounted for by air pumps to increase primary compression.

Kelvin J4 back on again - will need to be quick though.

No, you said 'need to be quick'. I meant why did you say that? It is certainly no bargain for the reasons discussed.

Because people who would want it, and I'm surprised it doesn't appeal to your bonkers nature, need to get a move on due to the shortness of the auction
