Interesting since Lister apparently never made any water cooled versions of SR series. I know both SR and the larger bore ST are mentioned in title but in text the seller seems adamant it's an SR???

The SW2 is surely as close to a watercooled SR2 as you can get?

Whoops missed that blush.png - I was looking for SRW like the later STW engine coding. Should have checked as they used the same coding with water cooled version of HB (HW) but not on later HR series which used a third letter, HRW.

I reckon it would go for about £3k if it was correctly described.

 

 

Or is it really 50cc, and Lister made diesels for mopeds at some point in their history?

I bet it's unusable as a bike. Chances are he can't get moving without stalling the engine, then doesn't have enough power to keep moving
