Three sources worth a look. you tube search Journey with Jono he got fed up and went cruising early on. Also You Tube nb Zero Gravity Emma leads Saxon on their build. and the blog NB Ellis, Mark did his in under a year.

Steve's blog comes up here Here all photos gone though. The website has suspended hosting come up which it did once before I contacted Steve and he renewed and it was up again some years ago now probably. I did have a copy of the blog somewhere for reference if I could find it!

Hi Peppers and welcome along. Sounds an interesting project and I do like a project. London eh! Good luck with that. i suspect you've done your reasearch? And covered You Tube but if not and depending how bad/well the spray foam was done you may want to invest in a multi tool rather than the traditional bread knife. good info by Jono here https://youtu.be/tMkm_ziP6u4 Also Narrowboat Zero Gravity also on You Tube cover it best I can remember. good luck with it I'll be following with interest Ade

Open cell has a bigger yield than closed cell. Also a softer spongier look/ feel. https://www.abbuildingproducts.co.uk/closed-cell-versus-open-cell-pa-3845.php both soudal and wickes expand thirty times so about the same take from that what you will can't you try a blast and see what the look of it is? easier said than done I know.

Mine has never re enabled itself since the new upgrade. i have checked my junk email nothing there. i did get a couple after unfollowing a topic then following it again, but then no more. I come to the site and see notifications dialog box anything from 12 to 60 notifications depending how long I've been away. But no emails, checked I follow by email etc. Any ideas? cheers Ade
