Or, of course, it could be a private mooring which the owners of the b&b have reserved as a business mooring, and the sign is to prevent other boats parking there whilst the b&b is out cruising. Athy
Having a little time to spare, I have just managed to watch the programme after persuading my computer that it wanted to show it. Like so many such programmes, it offers gentle entertainment for the general viewer, while offering plenty of opportunities for the specialist to pick holes in it (as seen in posts already made here). I liked the use of reclaimed wood but didn't like the copper bathroom fittings, but that's just personal taste. The boat does appear to be moored in some sort of lay-by: would this be a space usually used by CART work boats? I didn't warm to the main character, the handyman. He had the air of someone whom you might employ to dig your garden and who would then nick your lawn mower. Edited March 5, 2021 by Athy

Rustic and basic but very beautiful with access to the outdoors and a slower pace of life. As featured on BBC 2 s My Unique Airbnb!! Feed swans from the hatches and have a Bath while watching the trees. A wonderful environment for adults and children to unwind in. There are bunk beds for children although adults can stay on the bunks too if required! There's a futon double bed and also a front cabin which offers more privacy.” wonder from where the hot water for the bath is coming from? or do they mean actual Bath and it’s hot springs? No, but they did show a bathroom. I sort of assumed that it would have a porta-potti but that the T.V. director would not consider this photogenic. I don't suppose that the law allows her to have paying guests yet, but it will be interesting to know how many she gets when the time comes.
