If you never walk on the roof why not just use a craftmaster gloss ? I was told if you mix undercoat in gloss, that dulls the gloss if you want a more matt finish, but I've never tried it. Craftmaster do a flat finish paint for signwriting, might be worth a call to see if that would be an option.
