  1. I'd suggest you ain't seen nothing yet. 1984 will be here pretty soon now.
  2. The establishment and oligarchy media omertà over the extent of Russian interference in Uk and western politics is a real cause for concern. There has been a wilful ignorance, from those who have benefitted from the trashing of the UK. It is now acknowledged, undeniably so, that Russia has been actively interfering in our government and politics, through lobby groups, intermediary funding, direct bribery of politicians, and a huge social media operation, for a generation. Actively involved in manipulating to secure advancement of individuals (Johnson/Farage/Gove etc) and policies to weaken the UK socially, economically and strategically. In the end, they helped destroyed the Tory party, it became so rotten. Their promotion of Farage and agenda management, has helped spawn a new generation of open fascist nationalists. That Rusia didn't also work to secure Brexit, the most spectacularly damaging policy in a generation, fronted by men it payed, is an obvious nonsense, given how active Russia has been in every other political event here. It's impossible to prove 'effective influence' because the influenced will deny they were influenced all the way to the grave. Smelly being a prime example of the issue. But interfere they did, and they got the results they wanted. laying the ground for invasion of Ukraine and an isolated, weakened UK. The UK has lost £trillions, we have seen our manufacturing, e.g. cars, completely ruined with plants closed, shrunk by loss of EU export. If we are to build a future, we need economic growth, and we need to remove the barriers we imposed on our trade with the EU. It's so obvious, and Burnham should be congratulated for laying the unpalatable truth That his predecessors avoided, on the table.
  3. Just depends on what your bag is! Plenty of specialist presenters out there, with a surprisingly large number of followers, making excellent and highly informative content, which I find most encouraging.
  4. Another new low from Reform Jenrick has said he will allow Royal Marines to use lethal force against small boats. Farage now backpeddaling. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/reform-robert-jenrick-migrants-navy-nigel-farage-channel-b3065681.html
