jake_crew
Not this day, but about 20 years ago. Keffalonia - the jetty built for that scene in Captain Corelli's Mandolin. I'm sitting under an olive tree with a can of Mythos. Edited April 6, 2020 by jake_crew

Here they both are in the distance It was sunk bankside a mile or so North of Cropredy, near the Slipway, for some time - probably months - before moving down to where it is now, probably three years or more ago. I think the owner has done some work on it but he comes across as a bit of a dreamer. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the name, but I was told it. The boat doesn't display it. Later in 2018 we moored for a couple of nights just through the bridge (off-picture at the bottom). We walked up to the village and, along a path and through a field, to the most delightful village pub, set in a small square which time seemed to have forgotten. We also met forum member Bones - she moors nearby, or at least she did then. She doesn't post much, if at all, these days, but some members will remember her. It was at the location in the photograph above when I came past in May 2018, and the owner gave me a 'clever dick' answer as to its identity before he begrudgingly told me it was HESPERUS
