As per the title is there a 'singles' site etc for narrowboaters?.... be a bloody good idea as most of the land lubbers novalty of dating a Narrowboater seems to wain around Autumn/winter time :blink:

I would advise any forum members who might enjoy a bit of companionship to go along to any banters arranged in their area. There are loads of really friendly forum members and you can make lots of friends.

 

It has been known for things to progress a tad from there ;)

Ladies, there is no shortage of personable chaps available on the cut willing to escort one to a local hostelry and purchase one alcohol and food. I've had an offer each of the last 3 weekends.. i even let one of them buy me dinner which was very tasty

Let's hope the chatroom isn't showing the same fault it is tonight though - 4 people chatting is allegedly the limit tonight - it won't let me join in and I'm trying to recruit singletons!!!! Maybe someone got wind of my idea and banned me!?

well apparently it can hold up to fifty people according to Dan's stats so perhaps those two left are widebeam Danube Captains...
