The brokerage (pay a good fee and there has been a working wharf there for 200 years)double moor their boats for sake at the entrance to a bridge on the outside bend however I am critisised.( from before Christmas to late Feb, did you pay for a winter mooring, ...no. Going for water and pump out once a week isnt classed as continuous cruising when you return to the same stretch)I will post photos of where I moored and leave it for other adults to judge if the critcisms were fair.

Once I've posted the photos I shall leave the forum as I'm tired of schoolyard gibber.

Ok, you havnt posted your photos...

No double moored boats.

My God those fatties are f*cking ugly and selfish.

So glad I moor on a narrow canal these days.

To be fair, the one on the left was only there for 36 hours and lifted out, taken to a large river system with lots of residential marinas where it fits just lovely.

There is always plenty of activity around there on weekends, the paddle boats are far more of a pain than the wide beam.

and don’t mention them there Go Boats !
I soon learnt to take it nice and slow around them f***ers 😂

I ain’t really complaining though for they all make happy Ice cream customers, I’ll gladly take a £ off of ‘em

I did put some *s to not offend the sensitive type

Only three asterisks though, so one might assume you meant "flowers" or "fellers" or something similar.

I was imagining the word he meant was "feckers".

Nothing wrong with that, is there?

Well I imagined he was saying "fathers"....although I usually speed up when I encounter clergy, especially if on foot.

I meant farters of course,

but glancing back through the thread I don’t think LadyG’s comment wasn’t  aimed solely at me,

and it’s unusual for her to say owt like that,

maybe the cat’s shat the bed and she’s in a bad mood.

eta: to say wasn’t rather than was,

Good point.

At elast it wasn't an abbreviation for "MotherFathers" ...
