Yeah, I’ve had a few of them for using the F word. 
Instead of simply removing the F word most of the post gets removed and any meaning or context is lost.

The "reason for edit" included the word "reported" as I recall but it would need checking to be fair.

Mind you, there comes a difference when the naughty word is aimed specifically at someone, even if they deserve it 😃

 

Lots of people use an Asterisk to replace a letter in order to appear less naughty, or use baby gibberish like feck.

I haven't particularly noticed those - though I'm sure that most of us have no objection to correct English usage, We get very few reports about bad spelling, though.
