Yes, it is quite propaganderish. But there are occasional useful bits of info. For instance last week he announced the trial of contactless card readers on the CRT pump out machines in the North West.

Not a very well designed survey, as an example the question asking have you spoken positively or negatively about CRT does not allow you to say yes to both so you have to choose whether you want to respond positively or negatively.

I kinda think that is OK, most people would weigh up their responses and sway one way or the other. If neutral then no feedback. The question is really, do you have a negative or positive attitude, not whether you go around talking to people about the CRT. If I do mention the CRT, whether it is positive or negative or neutral depends entirely on the context of the conversation. 

I would like to see the results plus the critical analysis, as if it's a PR exercise then one might be cynical and showcase only the positives

Did you tell them why you were unsure, then next time round we might see improvement. It's OK to compile surveys using a specialist organisation which most people have never heard of, but add on grammatical errors and strange questions, folks are going to back out.

We all knew it was genuine - everyone had the 'warning' from C&RT that we would be getting it, and, it wouldn't be coming from a C&RT email address.
