Glad you stuck around as long as you have, I had the feeling you were going to leave after 12 months, so you are sure you are going this time.?

Sad to see anyone go, but appreciate a change of desires. Good luck in everything you do in the future.

I too got the idea that after some initial wobbles you were now committed to boating (we've met twice, at St Ives and Cranfleet).  Best wishes for the future, though.

That looks very similar to the Adria Twin we spent the winter with in Spain until recently, when we sold it and bought another narrowboat.

I had considered a van conversion for the winter months travelling around southern Spain.  Some motorhomers cross to Morocco for the winter but that sounds like a recipe for disaster.  Gave that idea up as having a NB and a mh was just too expensive  Hope you have a great time with the new adventure and that the road is kind to you.  Best wishes.  ?

It’s a Devon Aztec, based on a LWB Citroen Relay.  Lovely van, very easy to drive very comfortable.

Life without a boat is no life at all.

Perhaps he has an inflatable stashed away in the camper van!
