Dispute at Pillings

What a waste of good electricity that was.

You have just reminded me that not only did the berth holders pay him for the access fees in the structure of mooring fees at PLM..He imposed a levy on liveaboards shortly after the "free" year was up.

Hence they have paid twice for BW/C&RT fees..Which as we know were not forwarded!!

This was explained at a berth holders meeting which was the last one i actually attended when i sussed out it was a con on a Monday night when the cafe/bistro was closed..It provided a source of extra revenue..None of the berth holders views were taken into consideration..Not even feeding the ducks!

The same applied for metered electricity...We paid for the supply and utilities of electricity distribution in mooring fees and leasehold agreements..Then he re-sold electricity supplied (at around 8p per unit,) as we found out from various suppliers via a electricity supply broker at a higher rate which was and i would assume still is19p per unit..All very illegal!

In other words for every £10 card you paid for in the marina office Around £5 was going in his pocket as a con!

I think is referring to me being compared to Afghanistan in that famous rant. At least I hope he is !!!! lol

that should refer to shyster basher, of course

  • I mean the one who mentioned me as an afghan, this is getting confusing for me, and I am writing it!

John, the number of posts on this thread has been the cause of some confusion for quite a few, and for me too, as you may have noticed sad.png

Yes that is correct..Paul Liliie compared his father as having more issues than Afghanistan..

The meaning of John infiltrating the meeting was a joke...

Sorry for being so deep!

So, is the tearoom in Afghanistan now?

Richard

What tea room?

It was funny Shyster ....

I do have a thought though for John Lillie. It must be awful for him and his wife to see the dream that they had regarding this marina end like this. Never mind the devastation to his family.

Louise

Kind thoughts from you Louise...I know it is callous to think so but we were (Robin & myself) looking forward to be rid of PL on the dying hours of our tenancy there..Yet true to form he had to be antagonistic whilst he wasn't there mind in true to form coward that he is..Leaving his instructions to junior shyster by not paying us until we left the marina..

Even his own solicitor said it was against the completion date rules, but said as you know Paul has to be Paul!

Being escorted off the marina whilst on Grebe certainly hacked me off..

That email rant from him didn't do himself any favours did it..It will haunt him for quite a while yet..

Cohorts of people who despise him with a vengeance are wishing that the berth holders of PLM will be free of him soon at that he returns to where he came from.

Then we can all get on with our quality lifestyles !

Sorry to disappoint the Paul haters on here but him and his partner Chris along with Roy spoke very well. I am not worried and that seemed to be the same with the majority of people that I know. Obviously there were people there that had no reason to be there. Also some people that got personal.
