Popular Post Mac of Cygnet
I have sold Cygnet to someone I know will be able to give the boat far better attention than I now would be able to, and in fact has been looking after Cygnet for the past couple of years. I hope he gets as much pleasure as I did cruising for 15 years over almost all of the waterways. He intends to live on Cygnet, despite her small size. So if you see Cygnet, you can now address the owner as James, not Mac! 4
Athy
You'll have to catch 'buses to all the pubs now. All the best for wherever your path is headed.

Naughty Cal
Well I never expected to see that day! Good luck in whatever your next endeavour happens to be. Don't disappear from here. Soon those of us without boats will outnumber those with
pete.i
I met you once when you were at Selby river lock. I brought you something but I cannot remember what. Anyway it comes to us all at some point, I gave up boating a couple of years ago mainly because I moved away from the canals. Godd luck where ever your life takes you in the future. That was in 2019, my final big trip on the boat, to York, Ripon and the Pocklington.
