Won't the original and matching RAL touched up areas fade at different rates, so soon looking bad again?

Blues and reds fade quickly, so touching up with the same paint will be really noticeable if your paint is 15 years old. A better strategy would be to repaint it, rather yourself or professionally although it is now too late in the year to do it unless you have access to a heated dock.

Yes, when the day of biblical rain raised the pound I'm in (between Atherstone and Glascote locks) by over a foot, I did some rough calculations. The canal where I am moored is 9 metres wide (and seems typical for this stretch), the pound is about 10,000 long and the increase in depth was 0.3 metres, so the canal must have captured about 18M litres of water in less than 24 hours.

The pound below Atherstone has been full since the heavy rain a couple of weeks ago, so if they let any water down to that pound it will just go to waste over the wiers at Polesworth.

I used to get lots of condensation in my bow thruster compartment, until I started leaving it open, under the cratch, over winter. Since then I've not experienced any, so hopefully leaving the floor open should yield similar results.

I'm amazed that @LadyG has had cats for 20 years and they have not caught fleas before. I'd only had my first cat a couple of months before it caught fleas. Ever since then all my cats and dogs have had regular treatment.

I agree, best to supply the radiators just from the Webasto and use it for those chilly spring and autumn mornings and evenings. Reserve the Refleks to winter heating when you can run it 24/7, with a break to clean it every 500 hours.
