We will be battling through the snow on the weekend then as we head down to Fradley on Friday, only out for the weekend though not on our main summer cruise yet.

I think I've done 10 but some were a long time ago. I remember going up to Alveston Weir in a dinghy and I'm certain it got very shallow. -

There are visitor moorings between locks 5 and 6 and below lock 11. Some of the pounds were quite low when we went through last year. -

It's about time you fixed it.

Close one eye as you approach the tunnel, then when you enter the tunnel open that one and close the other for a short time. Your eyes will adjust to the dark quicker.

Fixed to the tunnel lamp stand at the bows, the tunnel lamp had failed.

I'd go back to reading the article if I was you as Utd aren't going to let you back in to this one.

A simple head torch was enough when I went through both of those tunnels last year. You don't need to illuminate it like daylight.

Apparently snow is coming back tomorrow across the Midlands.

I used to fine that my TomTom would only like the USB cable that came with it, if I took any other cable that I used for connecting other devices it would not connect. I also found that sometimes it took a few attempts at connecting and powering the TomTom on and off before it would see the device.

I have an all weather cover for mine to keep the drips off. Others may call it a plastic bag.

Did you go through Smethwick Locks, I find one of them particularly tight when taking Scorpio through, I think it is the middle one where all fenders have to be lifted, hard back against the cill and push the bows over.
