Sunken Wooden Boat (motor?)

Last week we came across the sad sight whilst cruising through. It looks like attempts are being made to raise her there being a large pan & pump also UCCco tug in attendance.

 

Sorry did not think to take any photos, can anyone tell us what boat and how things are progressing?

Actually I heard he has given up on her and the previous owner has taken her back and is trying to raise her.

I have been told that Umbriel was refloated last month.

 

Can anyone confirm this?

Passed her yesterday. The UCC Tug and the barge have gone, as has her wooden cabin. All that is left above the water line is the engine room with a blue barrel to indicate the furthest point out from the towpath and a little bit of the bow. Left in that state and position I fear she will be rammed when the summer season traffic builds up.
