  1. Remember also the river ouse up to naburn is tidal so the tide heights will also vary the depth

  19. If done properly Spray painting gives a better finish but the prep time will be longer (masking up ect) also if the paint is two pack its better sprayed and its quicker to apply brush painting If done well i.e no brush marks gives the same end finish just depends on the painter
  20. Down the Trent none tidal till Cromwell Lock then onto Torksey Lock for a tide stop. Onto Keadby Lock along the canals to Selby Lock out at Selby up To Naburn on the Ouse should not be a problem at all if planed correctly even for a novice the rivers can be a bit daunting for a novice but you might as well start somewhere just plan and get all the info you need can be done in about 8 days if pushing it ( note Holme Lock may be still closed till 16/05/2014 )CRT hope to have it repaired abit sooner than that if poss Lock Keepers on the Tidal will put you right on how to do this.On the Rivers a VHF is very useful to call locks ( Channel 74) and to monitor any other traffic
