why not fit out and panel then inject the pu behind the panels if you carefully measure the volume behind each injection point it should not be a problem

If your talking sprayed on p.u.foam that will stick like s**t to a blanket on the grp itself with no air gap so to speak and the areas to be sprayed have to be clean and Dry as p.u form will react with moisture it would prob be cheaper to get an expert in to the job than diy
