It does. You're thinking of Ralph Bending EA in Glastonbury. Telegraph was fond of writing articles about them and their amusing and brutally honest property descriptions, e.g:

The addition of "it" would make the phrase more sensible: "sink with cupboards under it". It is a convenient abbreviation rather than a sin against the English language.
