Most likely Bob Derricott as he owned Seaford at that time, a picture would allow confirmation.

I think auto-correct changes mis-spellings of "definitely" to "defiantly".

 

I see it so often I'm beginning to wonder if the meaning of the two words is beginning to converge.

Although Seaford was well known for passing through locks sideways, I've taken the liberty of altering it to the more common method.  Mainly for the convenience of those not in the know, and of course at the cost of authenticity.

I am glad I am not the only one. Spill chucker may be able to sepal well buy it dose not know watt I want two say
