Don't know how to start my 12 v fridge

That blue cable is not connected to the inverter.

It is to a connector block (or possibly its a fuse box?)

Your fridge runs on 12 volt battery power. Your inverter provides 240 volt mains supply.

If your fridge light comes on it is receiving 12 volt that it needs.

To switch the motor on, turn the thermostat switch anywhere between the numbers shown 1 - 5,

If it doesn't start the thermostat may be faulty or your battery voltage may be too low.

If you are referring to the cable in your last photo that has a blue outer covering with a blue & a Brown covered wire coming out of it, the brown wire is connected to a fuse, check the fuse!

Also unless the fridge is right next to that fuse box I suspect it is too small to carry the current demanded by the fridge.  Measure the distance from the fuse box to the fridge and work out the size of cable that is needed to minimize voltage drop in the cable.  You will need to know the wattage / power consumption for that calculation so that is your next step - look in the manual, look online for the info or ask on here if people have a identical fridge and can give you the information you require.

That is a 12V fridge which runs off your batteries. Nothing to do with the inverter.

Given that you told us a couple of days ago you had completely flattened your batteries, I suspect the reason the fridge won't work is because the battery voltage is too low.

An electric fridge will amount to about half your total electricity consumption, so if you are struggling to keep the batteries charged, then at this time of year you would be better turning the fridge off and keeping your perishables in a container outside in the front well deck. In summer a couple of solar panels should give you enough power to run the fridge.
