  1. But the old Summerhand position which was paid and used to attract a lot of younger people was scrapped and replaced with volunteers. Is this not them that the article is referring to
  2. Alvecote Marina last sold it and it was often seen in the Sprinwood Haven area so they may know more
  3. hope the build quality of a motorhome is better then a caravan. I am repairing a 2004 Bailey caravan at the moment and boy are they poorley built and flimsey. Rivets into 3.6mm ply to hold corner brackets and staples used to hold fittings
  4. But the mushroom vents and Windows have sealant between the 2 different metals thus reducing the effects

  7. hire fleets rely on cleaners who have all recently had their pay go up because the government increased the minimum wage rates. Youngsters are also getting a bigger rise then they would have got normally. This money comes from the hire company so they have to put up their prices. Simple facts
  8. It would have to be very deep for a narrowboat to sink out of view
  9. You are the real Captain Birds Eye
  10. Well ìf the boats are not there now then they must have got out
  11. Mills Butchers in Hockley Heath is quite nice too
  12. We agree with you about the Braunston Sausage
  13. I have observed that the Beta BD3 had no standard build. On some the brass oil guage was on the other side of that support where @1stArthur is shown. Some had different air filters fitted. But that is definitely a BD3 version. Sleeman & Hawken may be able to supply hoses if the same hose was fitted to the Lister Classic CRK3
  14. That looks like a BD3 to me as it is similar to mine except mine has the handstand. If it has Ford on the castings that would also point to it being the BD3. Can you post a photo of the engine and the manual that you said you have
  15. Sleeman & Hawken do parts but you need the Lister Number as the Lister CRK3 used the same engine. Agriline do Ford 3910 parts which is the same engine. Have you got a manual, if not drop me a private message and I will send you a softcopy
  16. So you are going on the dearest crossing in the world. If you work it out Concorde over the same distance was cheaper.
  17. Are you complaining about the speed that ABC boats go past you from the base at Alvechurch or were you moored opposite their base at Alvechurch and the staff rammed a boat into you whilst they were trying to do a pump out. Both things have happened to me aswell
  18. Can I ask how often do you use the inspection hatch
  19. Have you tried looking at one for a tractor or similar https://agrilineproducts.com/ Might do one similar
