Well, well, well. CWF power?

Yesterday I posted on here about some scumbag that had nicked the dog’s toy.

Well this morning, went to set off about 7.30.

Went to open the rear sliding hatch cover and what was there?

The dog’s toy stick was stuffed in the cover’s handle.

When I closed up last night about 9.30 it was most definitely NOT there.

Is that coincidence or the power of CWF making someone feel guilty?

Anyway the dog is now happily running around shaking the stick in his gob.

Similar happened to us a few years ago, planter on roof full of plants nicked in June. August (IIRC) returned to same mooring overnight and planter replaced on roof with plants well cared for.

Drunken snatchings with sobering regret perhaps?

I quite often do things I find funny at the time to find myself marred with regret afterwards.

Two friends of mine staggered home drunk with a Barber's chair, neither have any recollection of where it came from. I found them the next day both feeling terribly guilty about stealing it as they're both completely honest people by nature.

Alcohol is a powerful drug!

Dogs with sticks in mouth can be bad for them. I have just read a vets biography lots of accidents .

Sensible idea is logs if trained to fetch them then winter fuel sorted.

I read that as 'married' and thought "been there, done that"

Made me chuckle anyway.
