We lock the gates at 1pm - 'you do? nothing on the website. There is a notice at the bottom of the locks which is a fat lot of use. Thanks Luctor and daughter. Watch this space Sue edit to correct oops How long have you been moored at Reading? and you didn't know about the Caen Hill winter lock operation times? If you had put your brain in gear and thought about it, any later than a 1.30 start and it would be dark before many people got to the top of the flight, which BW presumably believe would be a H&S risk, especially with so many hirers on that section (even in the winter) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sue I distinctly remember you refering to being moored at Reading last year, and if you have ben on the K&A for that long, do you not talk to other people?
