Is it in the UK because either it has been printed backwards or some of the cars seem to be parked the wrong way round, by no means definitive, but it raises questions.

It's in the UK. I cheated and did a search, but won't give the game away.  It's got a rather ecclesiastic name. 😁

Yes it's been identified on Twitter it's definitely in the UK in fact it's in God's own County, allegedly 🤔

I know Northamptonshire fairly well, but can't identify it.

Zoomed in on the right and the red lettering looks reversed, but until someone owns up where it is, we will never know!

On G maps, this is taken from the present day Monk Bridge, a broad road bridge looking toward a disused concrete footbridge.

The run of the river in either direction does not fit the original claimed Monks Bridge, though it is over the river Foss in York.

No idea.
