^{Boating forces you to interact with other people, and as in life 95% are normal, 5% have maladaptive behaviours, and as you travel you have to interact with a lot of people and negotiate in verbal/ non verbal communication, You have to have prowess in boat handling, .deal with others lack of prowess, and not to get upset when someone doesn't accept your lack of prowess and calls you a wanker. its a recipe for stress when dealing with other peoples ,I'm fine I just get pissed and enjoy}
