Hi all I've just bought a narrowboat project and need some work a lot of work does anyone no a welder vacant at present my boat is at north kilworth

Hi and thank you unfortunately the marina are stacked out with work and they have gave me clearance on bringing my own welder in its very hard to try find one

Make double sure they are a qualified, and experienced welder, and do not consider going for the cheapest option, or you will get stung by a cowboy.

I don't know if Kedian does mobile but he gets excellent reviews on here.

If you cant get someone like Martin from Kedian (eg proven experienced in nb steelwork) to look at your hull it may be money well spent at this point to get a surveyor in to assess the extent of repairs and finishing off that need doing to make it canal worthy.

I appreciate of course that is not a recent photo and the hull / cabin may have had alot of work done to it since - in which case please ignore.

Hi I need someone with nb steelwork experience the job itself isn't massive it just needs finishing from last owners. There's a lot of spot welded instead of straight runs the running strips need welding back on properly few holes and leaks it's very tedious work
