I agree it certainly does not need more not convinced going off topic is such a big problem if people do not wish to talk on the off topic part they are free to stick to the topic.

No, I meant it. I've moderated two forums myself, one for ten years and the other for seven years, and while these were both professionally run forums, I think you would be perfect for CWDF. The site needs volunteers, you have less obligations to boat ownership than you once had, what would be wrong with you agreeing to help out?
