Another SHort Term Morring Wanted, Gailey Way

We are looking for a short term mooring as we need to leave our boat somewhere near to the BCN for a few weeks prior to the BCN Challenge. We were thinking of above Gailey so we can do a Friday afternoon dash to the 21 Ready to start the challenge from Horsey Jct on the Saturday. All suggestions welcome

Second that.

Jolly nice folk to work with. Not far from Penkridge station; a short taxi ride or take the biennial bus into the village.

They might be persuaded to carry out any maintenance you might require while you're away.

I am really thinking of above Penkridge and Bailey locks as on the Friday of the bbc challenge weekend we are going to have to get down there and the boat up to the top of the 21, maybe the south end of the Shroppie is an alternative if anybody knows anywhere down there

You can moor by the Fox and Anchor pub for 14 days..handy for the car..and a meal...

You could try Oxley Marine at Autherley - very near the bottom of the 21.

nope, you can moor south side of the pub, along side the road with no restrictions. It's where I left my boat for 2 weeks last year prior to heading into Brum..
