Spice Shop in Nuneaton?

Wrinkley

Featured Posts

There is (or was last year) a Premier Foods small shop over bridge turn left. Full of Indian curry spice and sacks of rice good little find.

I was hoping someone would know where this was - I suspected it must be a small Asian owned corner shop or similar. I might have guessed the forum's resident curry sauce expert would have the answer!

Ahh that will be the one before the boot pub then if you are heading north on the canal

Yeah i don't think there is any shop in nuneaton that sells just spices, it must be an ethnic shop, more than likely a corner shop on Edward street.

There are two, one at the top next to paws vets and one right at the bottom joining queens road, both are premier shops, but the one at the bottom on the corner of queens road and Edward street do sell more food catered to the community.

Hope this helps the OP.

N

Nothing wrong with a decent samosa for breakfast!

(although I prefer to buy mine still warm from the lad on the bicycle who honks his horn as he cycles around the tracks between the houses and hotels in Goa)

Now that sounds mighty fine!!

Guessing this is where the OP found the spice shop info!

Found it! Very good spice and veg shop (loads of other stuff). Friendly staff who keep a well stocked, tidy and well lite stop. They must be competitive on prices as there is a Lidl opposite. We walked from Bridge 21 and it took less than 10 mins to get there. Thanks for all your help and we will visit next time we are in Nuneaton.

Dave - i did not see any bacon either, I didn't ask biggrin.png
