Brinklow Boats did just that a few years back with their Tomlow range. But I don't think they've made any for a while now.

Which is a terrible shame as I have a Tomlow on Ariel. They are a very good stove.

Yes I was planning to buy one too. Then they seemed to vanish as quickly as they appeared.

I guess the market for them is very tiny. Just a few units a year and Simon has far better things to do with his time.

I think I lucked out and managed to purchase the last one via Midland Chandlers back in 2019. I had called the local Preston Brook store who hadn't had any in for a while. I called the Braunston store who actually had one listed as in stock on their website but said it was being held by a trade customer pending payment/pick up, but if I'd hold the line they'd check whether it was still required...

Luckily for me, they said no, so I managed to snap it up :)

If it's the same stove which I think it may be, I've seen it in the flesh (actually helped lift it into the intended boat) and it has been very well manufactured and put together. However the one thing I did note was the lack of access plate allowing you into the smoke box, and also lack of top plate over the oven to allow for sweeping/clearing soot build up which would be a concern.

Is it a one-off or is Joe making them for sale?

It's not Simon's baby, it's Steve's. There are quite a few parts to make some more in the stores though I'm not sure if there is a complete set of castings. Whether any more get produced depends on Steve having sufficient time & motivation.

Midland Chandlers stocked the Tomlow for a while. But given the limited market it probably makes more sense to build them on demand, supplying direct to the customer and cutting out the retailer's margin (and VAT if the stovebuilder is not VAT registered).

Eppings are and always have been available from Marlene and Pete Dufficy. Brenmarl. Granted there may be lengthy waiting times, there have been family issues.
Their son is now involved too.

Whether you'll pay their prices is another matter but as previously mentioned it gets more difficult as each year passes by to find a reliable foundry in this country able to produce reasonably priced castings. Foundries have been hit hard by the soaring energy costs.
What your idea of reasonably priced is, is also up for discussion. Seems a lot of folks on the cut think anything more than free is overpriced.

I find this tedious too. It doesn't matter what price something is, there WILL be someone making snide comments like "Midland Swindlers". Or just (incorrectly) stating that everything from a chandler costs twice as much. (As from a caravan supplier, presumably.)

Chuffs me orf given that owning a boat is optional in the first place.
