  1. Run the engine. £1000 is a lot of diesel and you get hot water by running the engine.
  2. Same as Wotever said, we have a crappy "new" LG smart TV in the lounge which insists on a retune almost daily, whereas our much superior Sony hardly ever needs it and keeps the channels.
  3. A bike chain welded to a long bolt ?
  4. Collingwood used Symphony Narrow boat paint when mine were new in 2014, I expect they still do. Best contact Symphony . http://www.symphonynarrowboatpaint.co.uk
  5. Another + for Chris Jones. He's a really nice & knowledgable chap.
  6. Extreme ?, he travelled to Barnoldswick, no problem.
  7. We used Jonathon B Jackson Ltd, Ulverston, Cumbria. He did the surveu without grinding. Very professional.
  8. Where on the L&L are you thinking of a permanent marina mooring ?.

  13. Any particular thickness for the wire size for this ?.
  14. Thanks so much to everybody. Youve been very helpful.
  15. Ive just tried the plug method, guess what, it worked ! The reverse polarity light went out. I think I'll wire in a switch. Also, is it ok to wire the switch directly from the inverter AC out terminals ?.
  16. Could I just wire a plug with a wire from N to E and when on inverter power just plug that into a socket ?, instead of a switch ?
  17. So just a simple switch on the AC out of the inverter that effectivly joins the N & E ?. And if I was to make a "temporary" link with a wire placed across N&E on the inverter ac out to test if it extinguishes the the reverse polarity light ?
  18. The software version looks to start with 17, see pic I have also took a pic of that "fuse".
  19. Onboard Energy said this was for the charging and since the charging works it must be ok.
