It had slowly developed from a raft to what you see there since last December and had moved from kingscross to the east end of Islington tunnel , the owners had been made aware of it's intended destruction, I cycled past it almost every day upto middle of January when we came through and cruised past it heading to the Lea, it had no roof then and was just a frame, there was some upset on London boaters but the local rangers said due process was followed.

Our boat is not hull bonded from wot i can see ,all the earth leads seem to go to the starter battery neg for some reason ,is this something we should worry about ???

We have travel power too!! On ours , 1 landline 2 inverter 3 travel power When plugged in we select 2 ,the victron has a little think about stuff and then kicks in ( on charger only ) ,we realised that as soon as landline plugged in the victron would start charging ,but no 240 sockets until switch moved to 2 , wot i really want to happen is to run the victron from TP when out of marina ,rather than using the pathetic alt to charge the batteries , hope this helps !!!

Yes ,we too have a victron multi ,this would explain it ,thanks and it works just like you explained above . Well thats one job off the ever expanding list of things to do

We have one of those distrbution switches too and ours doesnt work when on landline either we have to turn ours to inverter when plugged in

Hi Dean ,do try and get a honda if you can an SFX or XR8S are both good bikes but one does look better than the other !! Both use the same engine and are well built ,try and steer clear of any thing chinese or italian ,the old peugeot speed fights are pretty good too ,all you have to remember all 50cc mopeds are used flat out and are probably the most abused, people generally ride them till they stop (DEAD) ,the older generation like them too for nipping down the shops etc and the fact they are quite light too ,these are the ones you want !!

Come to Chalfont St Giles ,a lovelly little village nestled in the Chilterns , my dad lives there and rings bells in the church for the last 50yrs ,some one moved in near the church and complained about the bells , so they have baffled the sound so you can hardly hear them now !!!!!

We tried em ,made condensation really bad , an friends managed to set fire to their carpet too,we went out for me dads 80th birthay yest and the pub had them on the benches outside which is prob safest !!
