I suspect second-hand 24v inverters are pretty rare. I will have a search on ebay even so...

There’s a Victron but it’s not exactly going cheap...

Hmmm looking at a few listings they are very coy about saying if it comes with a battery and charger. I suspect not.

Runs of 18v or 14.4v batteries in cordless mode, or can be plugged into 240v supply. There are a few videos online.

Mike. Also try Gumtree, I have had two brilliant buys from there. My present spare which is a victron 2kva combi still boxed in unfitted new old stock condition was on offer at £ 500 quids I sent a cheeky email offer of £ 300 squids knowing I had no chance and it was accepted. So you never know your luck in a raffle innitt.

The Bosch 18v wet and dry vac is 10 litre as opposed to de walt 7.5 litre, and only £86 plus vat.

Yes I'd noticed this too, but on delving a little deeper it turns out it is 10L nominal, 6L actual.

So depending on whether the DeWalt is 7.5L nominal or actual, it could be bigger or smaller....

And the £86 is without battery or charger, a further £150-ish.
