Logging out

Am I the only one who has to close my browser, reopen it, enter canalworld.net and log out without doing anything else. eg. scroll, topic select etc in order to logout successfully? If I try logging out after scrolling/ selecting it will not.

If by log out you mean sign out, then no problems here (IE 11 - Microsoft can't be all bad!)

 

But why bother? I never sign out - it just means signing in again next time.

I am afraid that I don't log out either for exactly the same reason.

Thanks for the confirmation all. Its not a big issue I was just curious. I'm running Chrome.

This seemed to happen last year when some changes of server were applied to the forum. Occasionally it will let me sign out normally for some reason but not very often.

I've tried to replicate this using Chrome and Firefox but it let me logout fine. It may be worth clearing your browser cache and cookies for CWDF.

It works immediately after clearing the browser history but then reverts back to not allowing me to log out....... or should I say sign out.
