From a stationary engine forum.

New rings fitted and it has good compression, the bearings all feel good but I think that it needs a proper glowplug starter or pyrotechnic starters, something that I do have. I have fitted a glowplug from a modern diesel and had it firing so it is not that far off! It has a forward/reverse gearbox and water pump. I have some literature for it too.

Getting it back from Ireland is gonna cost more than the engine!

I'd say from the photos its the little one. About 10hp at 1500 rpm I'd imagine.

What's the power and speed?

relatively low based on size by comparison with other items in view - could be a 13A which would make it

10 hp at 800 rpm

I assumed it was Wickford in Essex but his profile on the S/E forum gives no more clues although he mentions the Oakley sale (near Oxford) in a few threads so I suspect he's not in Ireland.

Dan has replied and says

"Thanks for that, I appreciate your help.
From memory, I think it is rated 10hp at 100 rpm. It is called a 13B. My mobile number is 07979 xxxxxx.

Many thanks"

I can PM his mobile number to anyone who wants to know.

Also, from what others have said I wonder if he means 1000 rpm ?

On eBay it says 1000 rpm (which is a shame!) however it seems it's in Essex (which is good).

I'd throw a handful at it if I still had a van, but I don't. (which is sad)
