Shocking News Concerning Well Known Coal Boater

I find the suggestion that a boat life is an ideal way of evading authorities has some slightly unpleasant undertones and i am not quite sure what RE was saying there.

I am disturbed because this person has delivered coal to my boat when it was just my misses a 1 year old daughter and a 3 year old daughter on board. Swmbo was a bit scared and seems she had good reason!!!

You just don't know people...........

It doesn't have unpleasant undertones I'm simply being realistic informed with a very unfortunate professional knowledge . We had 35 years on the cut before our emigration , and are now happy to see people safely stopping in places where in our day you wouldn't leave a skip unattended. Risk is not preventable but elements are predictable, that's why there are various registers on people, which unfortunately some offenders choose to evade

Somebody asked about rehabilitation - it is very, very difficult even when people are motivated. The motivation for these behaviours are usually deep seated and hard to change. Re-offending rates are high.
