Ange
I thought it was 2.5 hours, Ocker Hill for 17:00 hrs Ah that plan has been superceded after the crew decided a 1am start wasn't an attractive option. Cobbett just about to take a jaunt up the Walsall Town Arm and back. Just passed Muskrat going quite slow

Ange
Boats appear to be quite a novelty in this smart basin with it's empty pontoons judging by the amount of attention we received. Dave's down the weedhatch and says it's nasty so we could be here a while.

Tom and Bex
Just passed goliath coming out of Gower branch and muskrat between locks. Loads more boats around this area than on the tame valley this morning.
Little Else
Would you like to exchange them for a pair of black jogging bottoms Stuart found on his third trip down the weedhatch, the second on the Bradleyarm? Ocker Hill is starting to look a long way away. More beer for me.
Ange
Dave down the weedhatch for the third visit today and the second on the Curly Wurly. Anyone need a pair of curtains? Minor darning required. And a matching sheet! Underway again but feeling a bit deflated - we might love the Curly Wurly but it doesn't seem to like us

wrigglefingers
Cobbett was technically three sheets to the wind. Which was side on. Off in search of Pelshall now. Cobbett is getting tired and has decided to start smoking. Which generally bad for her health. I fear weedhatch visit number 4 will shortly be upon us. ... Ange
Me & 2 Daves on the back of Cobbett looking for the yellow ribbon. Jill shouts from below "there it is!" and then we saw it and discussed which variety of tree it was wrapped around. "No" shouts Jill - that's where we've got to turn round. The winding manoeuvre was a little more fraught than it could have been. On our way back to Pelshall now - that's where we're stopping tonight. Little Else
Red Wharf says humph, not in pub but made it to BCLM, taken on water and decided to call it a day. Supper and bed await but perhaps a beer with supper.
