If you put timber longitudinal supports, along the length of the cabin, across the transverse framing, not only will it support the floor, but also allow ventilation from front to back, through the gaps between the timbers. With a ply floor, you will need to think about access to any shower drain pump and a trap at the back to inspect the baseplate for water ingress.

Sorry, I know it doesn't help with the rear deck, which must be made to drain overboard.

Yer there are gaps all the way down the centre to let water run through I’ve cleaned all those out 

Good thoughts about long way timber water would have passage way aswell I’ve needed

Yep. That would be my concern. 18mm ply is pretty rigid but on yours (and I think mine), it’s only supported on three sides so it’ll definitely sag without some extra support.
