Cable size confirmation for MPPT to battery please

I have a victron MPPT 150 / 35 solar controller and need to replace the +ve cable that goes from the MPPT to the battery bank. The specs says 16mm2 and measuring the existing that seems to be what has been used (it is just under 5mm diameter).

 

Is this correct size and type of cable ? https://www.splitcharge.co.uk/product/16mm²-hi-flex-battery-cable-made-in-ec/

It will do the job though if the boat is in salt water I would use a tinned cable.

Personally I'd use tinned anyway, boats are an inherently damp environment.

Personally i wouldn't put my controller in a damp environment so why would I want /need tinned cable.
