Tony Brooks Posted July 17, 2020 Report Share Posted July 17, 2020 If all else fails a big pair of grips to turn it. Both the rubber seal and the plastic has probably hardened with age so the little plastic bayonet pieces wont flex and the whole cap cant be pulled down because of the aged rubber seal.
