Worth a try if your doing plenty of oil changes & want a CD rated oil. Mark.

  17. Hi, as I ve mentioned before I use one of these, doesn't let water through, excellent product comes in various sizes -http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mr-Funnel-Orange-F8NCO-Fuel-Filter-Petrol-Diesel-Heating-Oil-Kerosene-/190890269327?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_BoatEquipment_Accessories_SM&hash=item2c71f25a8f Mark
  18. Our TMC40 gearbox has the same breather, ......initialy it was fitted with a ball & spring... Technodrive now supply a modified one with no ball or spring. Apparentley they were sometimes having issues with a pressure build up in the gearbox which in some instances was causing v.small leaks / weaping of transmission oil. Mark.
  19. Hi,no cable here Just restored this eBay find ,Ive used a 'cut down' bicycle handle bar stem to clamp onto our roof hand rail. The metal bracket is a cut down 'immersion heater element' spanner . Sounds very loud !!!!!!!!!!! Mark. edit to add its a VERY BIG glass of wine.
  20. Hi, Most engines have filters, that's the reasoning behind fitting one. The paper tissue after leaving all night apparently went soggy & came out of the exhaust in tiny bits !!
  21. I removed ours & fitted a K&N cone shaped filter. Haven't noticed any extra noise. I heard of someone wiping around with a paper towel, with the engine running, the towel disappeared up the air / silencer box & stopped the engine !! My K & N cost less than a tenner, money well spent. Cheers Mark.
  22. Hi No are for c200 Try eBay - Item 251034172339 Sorry on phone at moment :0) Mark
  23. Just incase you don't know, a bit more expensive than new seals but on eBay you can buy a new cassette , seat & cleaning bits for £80. In a Thetford refresh kit. ( it's the easy way ! ) Also once someone has shown you how to strip & clean you will have no problem doing it, you just need a volunteer ;0)) Good luck Mark
  24. Anyone know a source of mounting bracket, I'm looking at fabricating one, not as easy as first thought ! If only it was the right size - a household immersion heater element large flat spanner looks like it would do. Mark.
