  8. They were on the front of the boat and on the side facing the canal (78p/litr for disel BTW - we filled up from him on the Monday) In fact the owner Brian got his niece to enrol on the signwriting course at the festival to produce a 'coal' sign - the cheek! Tim

  10. Need to leave a car in Worcester for best part of a week from tomorrow evening to go boating. Does anyone have any suggestions as close as possible to Diglis basin, it's a company car so I am not too precious about it but I would like it to still be there when I get back! Tim

  16. Had a weekend on a hire boat on the Mon & Brec a few years ago, can't remember which one, which had a bow thruster. It was quite worrying how easy it was to get used to using it! Tim
  17. Not sure how getting an Experian report will help you get credit - it will however tell you why you can't. I got one a whie ago just out of interest (They are only £2) and I was surptised that the checks only go back a few years. Lots of useful info on the consumer pages of their web site Tim
