  1. I did once find a crt 'boundary' map specifically for Banbury but buggered if I can find it since. So they do exist. Will post up if I can find such later.
  2. I had the option of Genny or bottle fitted as far as I remember, got it Genny fitted but when it arrived you wind up with all the pipe that end so pita so just unbolted it and jigged up a fitting for the bottle. Had a quick release on the gen so far easier to store. In short just go for a bottle fitting with short pipe on gen. Think that makes sense.....
  3. I can 'feel' it coming at Atherstone. Wondering which plants are gonna disappear tomorrow!
  4. I found a chastity belt similar to that once.
  5. http://www.itv.com/news/meridian/story/2017-02-14/huge-explosion-and-fire-in-oxford/ Hope it was not a boat that went up, one still missing. Bloody hell Edit to say looks like the flat. Hopefully all down the pub.
  6. Typical! We were only talking about some wharf monkey work the other day! Then we were talking about how nice it is to escape the oxford! Texted to a couple of lads down there
  7. Having been in a few times it never amazes me how much damage I manage to do to myself, still limping just from dipping a leg a couple of weeks ago coaling up in braunston . No idea that I had done anything until the morning... Ah yes, wine :-) glad your ok!
  8. LPG kipor from sail and trail for me too. Came with the regulator on the body of gen but moved it to the bottle and has quick release at gen end so loads less grief to set up. Must get round to working out how many hours out of 13kg gas but defenatly cheaper than petrol.
  9. £80??? Where! Serious 'end of line' bargin. I can't find under £230 looks good though
  10. Ha! I would say well balanced on both Thanks all, will be flogging it and sticking with boatman for the winter. Shame but not worth the install if we are gonna get blasted out the saloon!
  11. Yea thanks guys, I think I I might have to have to shift it on and rethink. Shame, cute burner
  12. I know!! but for 25 quid i am loathed not to put her in! My thoughts also . . . . . am i being a bit OTT with her? Heat is good as we tend to burn with all doors open anyway . . .
  13. Gonna whack in new burner but fretting a bit about stuff. As photo, All new surround and hearth going in so not worried about that but flue is my concern. Currently we have a Boatman coming up through a welded four inch and the new (unknown make but far larger stove) is a five inch flue. Advice needed . . . . . . Mainly on the draught issues Option 1; I run the wanted single skin 5" new cos i like the brass inspection up for the first 500mm then reduce to the 4" existing then up and out the existing collar. Option 2; I run the same single for 500mm then replace the rest in double skin up through a new collar but same, bigger hole and replace collar Option 3; i run a whole new thing straight up through new hole in roof initial thoughts please
