Early in the New Year is the plan. There's a few bits I want to tidy up and a few things that need fixing, that I've 'lived with', but a new owner would expect to work

Thanks. Saw it yesterday.

 

Would have been definitely interested but as we have spend a small fortune on Nightwatch we can't justify,presently a change of boat. Although I do want an engine room to play in.

It seems that there are a lot of nice boats on the market just now - and prices do seem very keen. Ten years ago, when we bought our boat, we really struggled to find a well built traditionally styled boat in the £60K price range and eventually paid much more than that. Today there is a wide choice and I am bound to wonder why this is?

The market is very healthy at present, plenty of boats of all price ranges coming on to the market and if priced correctly, sailing away sold very soon after. There are also quite decent levels of new boats coming on to the cut as well.

I might have to hang on to mine as the new boat didn't have one on the inventory. Maybe he's hiding in one of the many drawers.
