BargeeSpud
Here's my favourite picture of my boat dogs: My late girl, Sophie is the one standing & Billy is the cheeky chappie at the bottom. It was taken in 2003 whilst waiting for a lock on the Shropshire Union. Here's my Avatar pic featuring the current pack with Eddie on the left, Dennis in the footwell & Billy in the front. He's nearly 12 now. Edited October 11, 2012 by Spuds

BargeeSpud
Seeing as there are a few pics with dogs on boat sofas, how many boxers can you fit on a single sofa squab? Looks like there's room for Billy as well! Edited October 11, 2012 by Spuds

BargeeSpud
That Billy has an incredibly human looking face! I know what you're saying. We look as miserable as each other in my avatar pic! Seriously, boxers are really one of the most facialy expressive dogs around. Guest
Can you not get a pet passport and avoid quarantine? Australia does not have an equivalent scheme to the UK Pet Passport scheme and only allows quarantine free pet imports from a very very limited range of places. The 'pet passport' scheme operated here is about bringing pets in here not so much about taking them to other countries - we went France with our dog last month and there are no checks on anything at all going out - your pet is only checked coming back, as we are regarded as a rabies free country. OldPeculier
[img/[/img] Bunty is one of the main reasons why we are not living afloat just yet. She is an elderly Great Dane who wouldnt enjoy the stress at her time of life. She also takes up alot of room! Starcoaster
That picture scares me! Not the dog, but the way the lead is hooked round the gears. Assume the engine was off at the time!
Starcoaster
Ono the boat dog... Not mine, just borrowed from time to time. Lives on a nearby boat and also doubles as a hoover and waste disposal unit.
